A Perfect Fit For Us!

  • 5 of 5

Ivy Hill was even more perfect for our needs than we predicted. Plenty of beds, baths and living space for sure. What a quiet, beautiful spot that is convenient to many things of interest for all ages and stages......and necessities as well. The house has a homey feel and is incredibly well stocked. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. The highlight for us may have been sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows, but hard to say as there is so much competition among outstanding features for what was best! We sure hope to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality. Loved It!!

The house was great.

  • 5 of 5

The house was a home away from home. It had all the features of a cozy home. My grandchildren had a fun time with the Jenga game.

This was a wonderful & spacious home though cleaning service should be more thorough.

  • 4 of 5

This is a lovely home in a convenient location. Spacious & perfect for our multi-family gathering, both indoors & outside. Appreciate some of the renovations that have been done on the home. Also very well stocked in terms of kitchen and cleaning supplies, iron, etc. Only negative comments would be that the cleaning service could be more thorough & the towels had a sour odor, though they'd been washed.

Wonderful home with the best of service

  • 5 of 5

From the initial booking until our departure we could not have asked for a more pleasant stay. Our trip was a Church youth outing. I must say that our expectations were not only met but exceeded from the great owners to the wonderful Ms. Ann. We would stay here again and hopefully next time for a longer stay.

Great house

  • 5 of 5

The home was clean, neighborhood quiet. Felt like we were in heaven our entire stay. Home is large enough for a multifamily vacation and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. There are a variety of activities for everyone within 40 miles of home any direction you would like to travel.

I can honestly say there is nothing negative to say about the home or Waynesville. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Homey hilltop location, Waynesville, NC

  • 5 of 5

The house was neat, clean, well decorated. The number of rooms it had as well as the number it would sleep (14-17) was perfect for our needs. There were enough TVs for the men to be off to themselves so the women could chat! We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings. It is well located for access to grocery shopping (Walmart, Ingles) and several eating places (really liked Clydes and Beer, Barrel & Beef). There are numerous attractions within easy access of this location (Maggie Valley, Lake Junaluska, Great Smoky Mountain Railway, Cherokee, golf courses). The owners were easily accessible to answer any questions and took the time to give us detailed directions to the house. We will definitely consider this location for a return visit!
