White Sand is an adorable 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, oceanfront home nestled cozily in Emerald Isle! This special home offers beautiful panoramic ocean views from the windows of the Great Room!
Total Bedding includes 1 King, 1 Queen, and 4 Twins.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV, deck access, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, deck access, and a private bathroom entrance with access to a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and a desk that makes for a great study area or work space if you just can't get away from the hustle and bustle. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds with access to a private bathroom.
Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience and offers Smart TVs for your viewing and streaming pleasure! Stream from some of your favorites like Netflix and Amazon Prime Instant Video! There is a private walkway to the beach which makes this destination an ideal space for your most memorable beach vacation! Enjoy taking in the salty breeze from a furnished and covered outdoor deck as you sip your morning coffee or your afternoon/evening cocktail! If fishing is your game, you've come to the right place - this home offers a fish-cleaning station for your convenience!
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare snackage for your beach vacation like a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher!
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
