Welcome to TinkerTown #6 & #8 adjacent cottages - great for two families or grandparents with grandchildren wanting a little privacy! TinkerTown is a serene setting for our brand new duplex with two (2): 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottages (total 4 of bedrooms & 4 bathrooms) located a short stroll to the beach and Nantucket Sound; 3/10, ice cream and bar. Each cottage have everything you need for a relaxing stay including a fully stocked sun filled kitchen with cathedral bright ceilings, eat in kitchen table & chairs, full size washer/dryers, central air, and high-speed internet. The master bedroom has its own luxury bathroom for added privacy, and the guest room has two twin beds that can be arranged as a king-size bed. Across the hall from the guest room is a second full bath with a tub. There's an intimate living room with a gas fireplace and a cozy sitting area.

Outside, each cottage has two patios and an outdoor open air showers. One patio is located off the master bedroom for those quiet mornings for your coffee and the other is located off the kitchen which includes a gas Weber grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun or winding down after a day at the beach. Rinse station, three beach carts and 8 beach chairs. Both outside showers are very inviting, big and roomy with unlimited hot water!

This offer is for both TinkerTown's #6 & #8 cottages that a brand new renovation, clean with all new furniture, each with their own grass-sod filled yards for the children to play, each has their own entrance and privacy if desired. Grew up vacationing on the Cape just a stones throw from TinkerTown. We have three short term rentals in the area, enjoy boating, family time and our pups. When you come over the bridge, stress just seems to float away for our time on the cape.

Why they chose this property

This family friendly neighborhood offers everything you need in walking distance including numerous eateries, ice cream, miniature golf, marina and boat several boat ramps and the Whydah Pirate Museum. The neighborhood boasts three beaches one of which includes a playground and snack bar. Hyannis is the next town over and offers daily ferry trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
