The Condo is 1416 sq. ft. newly furnished with all appliances and a full size washer and dryer.
The large master bedroom suite has two large walk-in closets and en-suite bath with double vanities, garden tub, separate shower. Guest bath has tub/shower combination.
Large kitchen in open floor plan include breakfast bar, black appliances, Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher & Microwave. Upgraded cabinets and granite countertops.

Great family beach get away

We had a great time staying in this condo. Very roomy, and the kids loved having the pool right off the patio. Beach was a short walk and we were thankful for the beach cart provided. The only negative I have is that the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. Other than that we had an awesome time!

At last minute she told me she had to change me to another apt bigger l did not need that

She did not mention that was the closest. To the street aia I could hear the cars flying by also was very. Far to the beach I never. Even saw the beach was to far for me to walk I even got a handy cap permisión in the car. I really wish she had been. A little more honest. And did not answer my calls veery disaponted

Perfect getaway

The property is exactly as described. I have 4 stars on cleanliness because it needs some attention to details. Outside furniture was not cleaned, appliances could have been better. I would suggest to give instructions on how to get to the beach, it could be a bit confusing, but the place is lovely. The swimming pool needs attention, with so much rain we never saw anyone cleaning it. The rules for the place are well established but not everyone follows them and I did not see anyone enforcing them. Your place is perfect, and it has everything needed to relax and be comfortable. Thank you for letting us enjoy it.
