🛏️ The Second Bedroom (2nd Floor) is a spacious suite with a King-size bed, flatscreen tv, deck access, a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, hair dryer, a shower/tub, and plush towels.

🛏️ The Third Bedroom and Pyramid Bunk Room (2nd Floor) have a Jack and Jill bathroom and is perfect for families with kids, featuring 1 room with a bunk bed & trundle bed, and the other room with a queen bed.

🛏️ In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a couch bed in the arcade room.

From wine glasses to baking dishes, the kitchen is fully stocked for you to cook your tasty meals- including shatterproof dinner-wear for pool-side snacking. Plenty of food and beverage storage with our additional fridge on the first floor. Enjoy a breakfast bar with seating for three people with a large dining room table with spacious seating for six.

The third floor living room includes a flat screen TV, DVDs, and a variety of board games for quality family time.

No beach vacation would be complete without an epic outdoor space to hang out in. The second and third floor each have two small decks, providing a space for relaxation to watch the incredible sunset or perfect for people-watching while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail.

There is a private pool and hot tub that are handy for a quick dip when you want to enjoy the weather but not leave the house. Grill something tasty, or play yard games to make your beach house experience one to remember.

When you are ready for a beach day, the beach is a 7 minute walk from the property. Your vacation home is located right along the main strip of Nags Head (South Croation Hwy), which provides access to mini golf (5 min walk), go karts (5 min walk), zip lining (10 min walk), golf course (3 min drive), fishing pier (3 min drive), and an outlet mall (2 min drive).

Outside of the three full baths that are connected to bedrooms. There are also two conveniently located half baths, one is located in the game room on the first floor and the other is located in the living room on the third floor.

Guests will have private access to the home, along with a private pool and hot tub located in the back of the home. Enjoy four beautifully decorated bedrooms, three lovely full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, one fully-equipped kitchen, and ample lounging space. Free parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway. No access will be given to the 3 locked closets within the home. There is a closet located on each floor.

As a result of the great location and the increasing popularity of the Outer Banks, you can expect South Croation Hwy (in front of the home) to get busy, especially on holidays

- Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance:
Our pool team strives for perfection and regularly services the pool. We do our best to avoid interruptions but if the maintenance team arrives please allow them to quickly service the pool and they will be on their way before you know it.

1️⃣ - First floor - game room, 1/2 bath, laundry closet, extra refrigerator, pull-out couch, access to outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and 4 parking spaces.

2️⃣ - Second floor - king bedroom with en suite, queen bedroom with jack-and-jill bathroom, pyramid bunk room (full bed, single bed, and trundle bed), and 2 balconies.
