A small camper on a quiet property. Wildlife moves around here a lot. Plenty of birds and we always see deer in the evenings. Others do have campers and homes on this property, so please be respectful. We have lots of space outdoors for parking your boat or trailer.

Location is everything!

Fantastic hosts, cool little RV. I could not have asked for a better experience. We basically only slept there to do close by lake things. I slept like a baby. You're so close to EVERYTHING!!!!!

Just what we needed

Stayed here prior to a Spartan trail run. It was just enough for what we needed. We like to sleep cold but it’s an RV… didn’t get as cold as we would have like but no complaints, just something to consider. We enjoyed it enough that we are considering getting one to live in. At the time we stayed there wasn’t WiFi access but we had enough signal from our cell carrier that we were able to research the town and find our way around. Would definitely stay again👌

Stay at the cozy RV

My husband and children and I were looking for a weekend of relaxation and fun. We got just that at the cozy RV. The BerryHills are absolutely wonderful and so is there accommodations they greet you with cute little notes all around the camper to make sure that your state is top-notch and everything that you asked for I highly recommend, this location we definitely came back sunburnt relaxed, and happy thank you the BerryHills we will be back

Cool Place

The camper met our needs and at the right price. Good place to park a boat which was a plus. Cameron communicated every time we had a question and came by to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions. Great host.

Cozy and Quiet

We used this RV for a home base while we attended a family reunion nearby. The RV was clean, well furnished, and so comfortable. The hosts responded very quickly and were so kind. We loved staying there and really have no complaints! It’s basic and simple, but so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again when we come into town for family gatherings!
