Our Beautiful Condo is in a Scenic gated waterfront community with amazing Gulf of Mexico views. The Unit has a West Facing view to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the private Balcony! Guest Access includes Heated pool and Private Beach Access. It is not uncommon to see Dolphins and Manatees which is always a treat. The location is close to may Restaurants and just a short ride away at Hudson Beach, Sam's Beach Bar, Get Hooked and many more.

Magical sunsets

Unbeatable views for nature watching. Saw dolphins in the lagoon. Owners were good to work with. Close access to restaurants and grocery stores. This is the place to relax!

Great property

All was good except the hot water was short supply . Pet friendly which was good but were restricted in areas . Everyone I had contact with were very friendly, you don’t walk to any where close so make you have a car. Lots of shopping port Richie way

Fabulous view, great apartment, mediocre neighborhood

Water view was gorgeous with sunsets. Apartment was clean, spacious, comfy and well equipped. The town of Hudson itself is not all that nice. Hudson Beach is a small but very nice spot, but otherwise it's not a very attractive area. Also, the price on this particular apartment is very steep.

Miss information

My 27 year old son is getting married next year and was playing in a tournament near. Since we were going to play 36 holes a day we had to have a hot tub and sunset. Got beautiful sunsets but no hot tub. When I contacted the owner he thanked me for Beijing it to my attention and said he would change the listing. After letting him know I was really disappointed that he had false advertised and that the only reason I would even look at his place was because having a hot tub. He came back and offered me 10% discount. Pretty disappointing.I’ve contracted VRBO and they are working on it. Sounds like unless you complain during your stay they have little leverage. The place is on the main floor so people areWalking by your space and can look in easy so no privacy.Looks and SMELLS like it got flooded out. New floors no baseboard trim above floor in any room. Also no keyless entry which was odd but not a problem easy check in. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RENTING Soar back renter

I am originally from NJ and stayed at this property while on vacation. We loved the views and the area and decided to buy or vacation/retirement home in this community. We enjoy travelling and occupy our condo for part of the year.

Why they chose this property

This is a serene, beautiful Resort style community. Sea Ranch is a golf cart friendly community and a short ride to Hudson Beach and Marina, access to Gulf, close to several waterfront restaurants like Sam's Beach Bar, Get Hooked, etc. Located off of Hgwy 19 and close to Shopping, Hospital, etc. East Access to Expressway for TPA Airport. Sunwest Park and Lagoon are 5 mins away.
