Enjoy Florida this Fall. Special November only pricing - $165 / night for the month. Relax in a Heated semi-shaded swimming pool. A large private, secure pet-friendly backyard with with trees, grass and a Deck with a Grill, tables and seating. Great quiet outdoor relaxation by pool or on deck for meals and entertaining. Inflatable pool floats and beach equipment, (large towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, elctric pumps, etc.), included.
All rentals include weekly sailboat cruises. Select a sunset cruise to the Gulf, or afternoon sails around Boca Ciega Bay. Sailing lessons available as well.
Very close to downtown Gulfport with wonderful restaurants, bars, beach and marina. Also close to St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille, Treasure Island and downtown St. Petersburg.
Recreational Pinellas Trail (41 miles) is only two few blocks away for walking, running, and cycling. Trail connects to downtown St. Petersburg, downtown Gulfport and towns north such as Dunedin, Tarpon Springs. Bikes and kayaks available at house.
Living room and dining area are combined, with a large Smart TV with streaming options. Larger bedroom with Queen Bed, also a Smart TV, large mirrored dresser and large closet. Second bedroom has a Full Bed, desk and dresser. Ceiling fans throughout home. Bathroom has a full bath, shower and amenities. Kitchen has new appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, Toaster, Water heater, Rice Cooker, Keurig, and other small appliances and cookware.
A Yoga mat and exercise gear, e.g., TriggerPoint roller are included. Guests have used deck for yoga, stretching and exercise.
