We are sisters-in-law (our husbands are brothers) from Ohio who love travel and adventure! Our dream of owning vacation rentals began in 2012, and we purchased our first property in Panama City Beach Florida in 2013. We then purchased our first cabin in Gatlinburg in 2018, and started building the Love Nest a few years later! We self-manage our properties, and our goal is to provide our guests with the best vacation experience possible. We do this by keeping a simple principle at the forefront of all we do - we treat our guests as we would like to be treated! We hope you choose to vacation with us - it is our privilege and honor to be part of your family and the many wonderful memories that are made on your vacation!
Why they chose this property
After extensive searching, we bought the lot on Clabo Loop that has become the Love Nest because of its wonderful location and spectacular views. Downtown is five minutes away, yet you will feel like you're away from it all when you pull in the driveway! We love the beautiful drive up to the cabin - not so steep as to be frightening, with paved roads the whole way - and just enough of a scattering of neighbors to feel secure without giving up privacy! We were very picky, and are so thankful the property became available just at the perfect time for us to find it.

Our property's location is perfect and your experience will be unique because of our customer service - you will not be one of many being handled by a management company, but rather a valued guest with direct access to both owners, who will be doing everything in our power to make this your best vacation ever!
