Escape to the beach in this charming 1700 sf, 4-bedroom 2 bath newly renovated cottage just three blocks to OOB pier. Ideally located to the beach and amusements yet in a quiet neighborhood for relaxing evenings . Two queen beds plus two bunks (twin/ twin, twin/full) means plenty of room for the family. Two living room areas each with their own smart tv. Downstairs bath has full tub for the kiddos. Full size laundry available for your convenience. Enjoy an updated kitchen that is fully stocked, new gas grill and plenty of parking. Large back yard for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Enjoy the deck off the kitchen as well as our outdoor patio with comfy furniture and picnic table to make morning coffee or evening cookouts a breeze. Everything you need for the beach is here, including chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels and beach toys.

Our family had an amazing stay at Erin and Shawn’s! The house was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed and more. We ate dinner on the huge deck every night, the beach and pier were less than a 10 minute walk, and there was tons of parking in the driveway. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect OOB getaway

Our family loved staying at Shawn's listing. Everything was as advertised. Easy walking distance to the beach and pier, but tucked away enough to escape the noise. The couches on both floors are really comfortable. We would definitely recommend Shawn's place to others!!

We had the MOST wonderful stay in OOB this past week! The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed as a family of five. It’s obvious the owners take pride in their property! Walking distance to everything in OOB which made it so perfect. The host was super responsive! 5 stars…highly recommend!

It was perfect!

The house was really clean and perfect for our family! And what can we say about the location: less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. The yard and outdoor patio are also very beautiful. Communication with Shawn was quick, and he was very accommodating. If we return to Old Orchard, we would definitely love to rent this house again.

We loved staying here for our summer vacations at the beach (family of 6 adultes and 2 kids). The house is superbly located, at easy walking distance from the beach, the Pier and the grocery store nearby. It had everything we needed for a very confortable stay. Beds were nice, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything. The outside patio was a great place to dine at the end of the day. Overall very satisfied!! Would rent here again without hesitation!

We have owned this house for over twenty years and love coming to Old Orchard Beach. This is now primarily our vacation home but we open it up several weeks in the summer for rentals after doing an extensive who house renovation in 2023 . We bought this home when I was going to Graduate School at UNE back in 2002 and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. We live about 45 minutes away now in Hampton NH and love coming up to OOB whenever we can. We love the seacoast of Maine and look forward to sharing our home with you.

Our neighborhood is super close to all the OOB action yet quiet and peaceful for easy evenings. About a 5 minute walk to the shops and amusements, it makes a perfect location for families. We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to the beach yet away from the hustle and bustle.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Plenty of room for everyone with four good size bedrooms and two living areas for TV and entertainment. Full kitchen upstairs and bar area downstairs with the patio right outside the door makes for easy entertaining. Private backyard is nice for cookouts and relaxation.
