Your House Managers are Fawn & Kevan. They have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years and absolutely love making sure your vacation is as memorable and enjoyable as possible. They love Anna Maria Island and would love to share it with others. Their children grew up and went to school on the island so it holds a special place in their hearts. Why they chose this property
Anna Maria Island consist of 3 cities. The City of Anna Maria is at the northern tip of the island, Holmes Beach is the big brother in the middle and Bradenton Beach is the southern third of the island. You are one block to the Historic Bridge Street where there are eateries and shops. At the end of Bridge Street is the Bridge Street Pier which is a great place to fish, walk or people watch. Take a stroll to the end and sit on the swings and just let time slowly pass.
What makes this property unique
Our Hale has been decorated with the brightness and charm of the islands. The Master Bedroom has a peek of the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom features porcelain tile and a walk-in shower. The Kitchen is newer and has granite counter-tops and a stainless steel sink with a commercial style faucet.
The living room features a 43" LED TV, YouTubeTV and high speed internet. You'll have everything you will need except clothes and food. There are beach towels, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Don't want to cook inside? There is a gas grill available. The location of this property can't be beat with it's proximity to the beach, Bridge Street and the Bradenton Beach City Pier. We supply beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels and a cooler for the easy to reach beach fun!
