Eagle's Nest Lake Nacimiento Modern Living: A Hidden Retreat for Paso Robles Wine Lovers
Nestled amongst the rolling hills of Central California, off a quiet country road, is your 40-acre private retreat from the hustle and bustle of the “real” world. If you are craving the solitude of nature, evenings lit by only moonlight, and the space to wander trails amongst wild quail, deer, peacocks, and native plants, then this is the place for you!

Start your days sipping your morning coffee on the deck as deer wander by, doing your yoga, admiring the natural beauty of the trails on the property, going wine tasting at a nearby vineyard, or spending the day relaxing at the property in the privacy of being surrounded by nothing but beautiful landscapes and wildlife.

This private access Paso Robles escape is an incredible and unique location for remote workers, artists, creatives, or writers who want the freedom and privacy to retreat/work in a beautiful location with excellent WIFI and the luxuries of modern life. The Eagles Nest is suitable for families with children as well, as the property is self-contained and has plenty of space to explore- or relax- amongst the beauty of untouched nature

I built this place to find solitude and peace, and I`m very excited to share it with you. I will always respect your peace; however, if you need anything, you can call me anytime. Everything you can see from the house is all private land. This is a secluded location Parking is located on the property with enough space for multiple cars.

Despite being secluded in nature, the property is a short drive to downtown Paso Robles (about 30 miles) where you will find local craftsmen, fine dining, specialty shops, live music, and farmers markets. Additionally, with over 200 wineries, farms, and orchards in the surrounding area, there is something for everyone! Activities like horseback riding, hiking, and boating are all accessible nearby. Lake Nacimiento, or “Dragon Lake” is a short 10-minute drive from the property, where you can rent boats or relax and BBQ on the shores of this pristine lake. We look forward to welcoming you to the Eagle’s Nest for a relaxing stay in nature soon!

*PLEASE NOTE: we do not recommend arriving at the property after dark. The country roads are narrow and not well-lit. As mentioned, the property is secluded amongst nature and is about 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store. Friday-Sunday the Bee Rock Store is Open which is located 5min away. Fresh BBQ and Craft Beerhouse with live music! Please keep this in mind as you prepare for your stay! The (Bee Rock Market), hours and activities vary by season.

Stay at Paso Robles

We had an amazing time at the Eagle's nest. The home was brand new and with modern decor. It was extremely clean and luxurious. Everything was perfect, from the kitchen supplies, the bed, internet connection, to the serene outdoors and a nice place to disconnect. John even baked us fresh sourdough bread, when we arrived. We would love to visit again and highly recommend to everyone!

Best place I have ever stayed!!

This place is absolutely amazing! My wife and I and our best friends found this gem 💎 because we wanted to get away and take our boat out on the lake. We don’t like to tent camp anymore so we searched around the lake to find a nice home we could stay at. Low and behold we came across the best house surrounding Lake Nacimiento!! This house is spectacular and very modernly remolded to a T! No expense was sparred on this property and it shows! Also the surrounding 40 acres of beautiful land and rolling mountains around had the most breathtaking views! The best part of our stay here was the SUPER DUPER HOST John! He had everything thing you would possibly need to the finest detail for our stay here! We never had to run to the store to get anything that we would might need! He was extremely responsive and always very accommodating and polite! He is by far the best host we have come across on Vrbo! And we have rented quite a few different places on this app! We truly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at EAGLES NEST and will be staying here again most definitely!! I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s an extremely bad experience or an extremely great one. But this place takes the cake for extremely GREAT ONE!! The best ever as a matter of fact! Just a final shot out to John and also thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!

Why they chose this property

I grew up in Orange County, Californian. I fell in love with the place that has everything I am looking for a view of the mountain and Lake Nacimiento. It is very quiet and private. Most of my neighbors are very nice and private.

What makes this property unique

Nestled amongst the rolling hills of Central California, off a quiet country road, is your 40-acre private retreat from the hustle and bustle of the “real” world. If you are craving the solitude of nature, evenings lit by only moonlight, and the space to wander trails amongst wild quail, deer, peacocks, and native plants, then this is the place for you!
