WINE BARREL - Constructed from a used 1950's wine barrel and made into a fantastic romantic cottage for two. Enjoy the view of the Pacific from the upstairs kitchen/living room, downstairs bedroom, or patio with fire pit. A fenced-in garden area gives you plenty of privacy. This quaint home will sleep 2 people, there is a queen bed, full bathroom and private hot tub.

Located ten miles south of Mendocino and minutes from the quaint, fishing village of Albion, this warm and comfortably furnished home is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Nearby are two of the areas top restaurants: The Albion River Restaurant. and the Ledford House.

What an absolute gem! Peaceful, cozy, and gorgeous, this rental makes you feel removed from the world and cared for in all the most important ways. The windows overlooking the foggy water and surrounded by trees made for an otherworldly experience... which was even MORE glorious in a hot tub! It was easy to drive up and down 1 to get to Mendocino, parks, and the coast, so we will definitely come back!

We had a really nice time staying here with our two dogs. The location is quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive to several beaches and Mendocino village. The space itself was comfortable and tidy (as long as you're ok with some surface dust and cobwebs) with a decent kitchen, space heaters, and simple, comfy furniture. The wood stove and hot tub were both in good condition and kept us warm and cozy. We'll be back!

4th of July Long Weekend

The wine barrel is so charming! We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon. My husband got really good at making fires haha. It was a wonderful escape and a beautiful place to start our marriage. Hosts were very communicative and left clear instructions. They even left us a bottle of champagne. The only hang up we had was that there was quite a few bugs and cobwebs around. I did get a few spider bites while I was sleeping. Other than that we had a great time, thank you so much for letting us use your place.
