• No boat or trailer parking is allowed.
• No smoking allowed - a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged.
• No pets allowed - a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
• To drive the golf cart- drivers must be at least 16 years old and drivers license
• Quiet hours from 9pm - 9am
• There is a ring doorbell with camera at the front door for safety and security
• All guests are supplied with a starter pack of supplies.
Bathroom: Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper (3 rolls
per bathroom)
Kitchen: Hand soap, sponges, dish soap, dish washing detergent (4 pods),
paper towels (2 rolls), trash bags and laundry detergent (4 pods)
Guests may need to purchase more amenities depending on length of stay.
