I have lived in Safety harbor for over 20 years. As a world traveler, I appreciate the details at the places I stay, so it is important that my guests get a 5 star experience. I am a real estate broker and have been in the real estate industry for 15+ years. My family and I have been managing properties for decades and absolutely love our guests. Before we put a property on a vacation rental platform we personally stay there to make sure the property is comfy, cozy and is somewhere we would love to stay if it wasn't ours! I am also an interior designer and bring fun, luxurious touches to each property.
Why they chose this property
Downtown Safety Harbor is such a great place to visit and live. This property ks such a great downtown location. Literally steps from Main Street and across the street from some of our most favorite restaurants and shops. Everything we need or want is walkable. 5 blocks from the sparkling waters of Tampa Bay and 1 block off of Main Street. 3rd Fridays, Festivals, and farmers markets are so much fun.
What makes this property unique
This property is at the residential/commercial border line of downtown Safety Harbor. Unbelievable location for the fun and festivities of the Harbor. The property has been uniquely designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Every little detail has a thought in it from the luxurious bedding to the 5Ft tall Eiffel tower led floor lamp! I even built a "Wall of Love" in the firepit/bbq area so guests could take memorable pictures to always remember their wonderful stay at the Parisian Pad!
