Detached casita with private entrance on one of the best streets in Arcadia Lite! Locked gate at entry, locks on casita. Laundry use available in main house. Mid-size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, etc. Fully furnished with king bed, desk and office chair, dinette, recliner, tv. Walk to LGO, Postino, Ingo, North, CVS, AJ's, Buck 'n Rider, Global Ambassador and more! See Arcadia's famous wild lovebirds every morning in the yard!

Comfortable and Clean Casita

The casita was the perfect place for my recent one-month stay. Located in a safe residential neighborhood halfway between downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale, it was clean, comfortable, private and quiet with a gated entry. Host Cynthia furnished the place with everything needed for comfort and convenience. I highly recommend the casita for a short or extended stay.
