Stylish Waterfront/Marina Condo

WELCOME! This is a relaxing community where you can enjoy the views of the marina from your private balcony. When you walk into the condo, you'll be in the living, dining & kitchen areas which was designed with an open concept in mind. Relax or dine on the new furniture or dining room table. This area is great for entertaining & enjoying family & friends. There is also a 1/2 bath in this area for convenience. Walk down the hall to the bedrooms. The first door on the right is the bunk room that has a 4 bed bunk system with a trundle (5 singles). There is a shared full bath with the Queen bed room. Across the hall from the queen room is the Master bedroom with a remodeled master bath that includes a jetted tub. Washer & dryer is located at the end of the hall to keep up on laundry. All bedrooms have new furniture, linens and have access to a patio. All patios have new Polywood type furniture to enjoy the outdoor space. This condo has been updated with new furniture, linens & all dishes necessary for an enjoyable stay. Cook a delicious meal on the gas stove.
If you're visiting for boating or fishing, park your boat in the marina at the first come, first serve, slips for up to two weeks free. Walk across the driveway to the pool (closed during winter) & club house where there is a gym to continue your exercise routine or begin a new one. Take a nice walk along the board walk of the marina to enjoy a wonderful view of Shallow Bag Bay. Hungry? Stop in at STRIPERS restaurant located on the property for great food, fun & fabulous views of the bay. There is also a dolphin site seeing tour which leaves right from our marina. May be closed during off-seasons. You can walk or bike the short distance to Manteo's downtown district where there are restaurants, shops and plenty to do for the whole family. Downtown Manteo also offers concerts at their beautiful pavilion on the bay. Check schedule for dates & fees. Thank you for considering our property and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This was an absolutely spectacular property, super clean and easy to access all the major areas in town while have peacefully on the property. We had a small trouble with communication on arrival day, but it was very minor and the owner apologized with a valid reason.

Lovely Condo

A lovely condo. Had everything you could need. It was very clean. It is in a great location too. Even though the weather did not really cooperate this condo made the stay very pleasant. I had to contact the owner with a question and he was very quick to answer and very helpful. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful upgraded condo, close to everything

Condo was clean, with beautiful furnishings and completely updated. Balcony for every bedroom and a screened in porch. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee and downtown Manteo. Pool is amazing! Host was extremely responsive….I accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo and they responded in less than 5 minutes! The condo is extremely nice with quality bedding and linens and a kitchen that is stocked with everything and then some. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

We loved this property and hope to make this a yearly trip! The condo was spotless and comfortable. It’s very tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. It was convenient to grocery shop. It was a very quick and easy drive to the beach. We ate at the onsite restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals. The pool and clubhouse were never crowded (we often had the pool to ourselves.) Our communication with the owner was always quick and easy. The covered parking was great when it rained and we were loading up! We walked to the end of the marina each night and saw beautiful sunsets and dolphins! We’d have a hard time staying anywhere else as this condo really met all our needs!

Why they chose this property

We chose Shallowbag bay complex because it was on a marina and more quite than other areas in the OBX. It is walking or bike riding distance to downtown Manteo where you can find shops and restaurants. You can paddle board from the marina into the bay. Bring you boat and enjoy a day of fishing or swimming on sand bars around the island.

Property contains everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Just steps away from the pool, marina and club house with exercise equipment.
