This is a fully furnished & renovated/updated 3/2 rental with a big, fenced & shady yard with tropical trees and plants, including mango, breadfruit, lemon, lime, coconut, avocado, tangerine, lychee & dragon fruit. You'll love cooking in this newly upgraded kitchen with lots of storage and counter space, there's even a gas cooktop. Large dining table, patio and gas grill on the backyard patio. Split AC's keep the entire house cool when needed. A well-behaved & quiet pet would be considered. Two car garage with workbench and lots of driveway parking. A 10-minute walk to the closest Kailua Beach access, Nico's restaurant and the Aikahi Park Shopping Center. Centrally located to reach other areas of the island quickly, near the H-3 highway & Marine Corp Base Hawaii.

Fantastic Kailua rental

This spot was perfect for our family of 5. The recent redesign was beautiful. All kitchen appliances were brand new and top notch. The air conditioning units in each room were fully functional. The bathrooms were clean and the master has a jacuzzi bath. Bedrooms are cozy but not cramped and the kids loved the bunk beds. There is an adjacent unit in the same home and when there were guests staying there we could hear them without overhearing what they were saying. The neighborhood is about 2.5 miles from Kailua town but There is a shopping center with a Safeway, Tamuras, Starbucks and a few other restaurants about a quarter mile away. This is a great option for families looking to stay outside Waikiki
