Potter Pond House

Pond House is located at the end of a small dead end street right on Potter Pond. The house offers a large deck with pond views. This is the perfect location for those looking to explore the salt pond via kayak or paddleboard. Multiple beaches are close by and a parking pass to South Kingstown Town Beach will be provided for guests.

The house is a ranch with three bedrooms and one bathroom. The open living area consists of a kitchen, eating area and living room. The large deck provides additional living space to enjoy the warm sun and salty air.

Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels.
If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.

LINENS

Guests staying at the cottages are asked to provide their own linens, including:

Beach Towels

Bath Towels

Hand/Kitchen Towels

Bedding - sheets & blankets (the house has two full sized beds)


PAPER PRODUCTS & MORE

Guests are asked to provide their own paper & plastic products. While we are happy to provide a starter pack (1 or 2 of each item) we do not supply enough for the full stay.

Dish soap/sponge


CLEANING PRODUCTS

We reserve our cleaning supplies to ensure that cottages are fully cleaned and completely sanitized between check outs and check ins. We ask our guests to please bring their own cleaning supplies (soaps/sanitizers) should they require them during their stay.


PARKING

The house has a driveway large enough for 3 vehicles.


THE BEACH

Guests are provided a beach parking pass to South Kingstown Town Beach. The beach is free to walk on.
