Step outside and you’re just a short walk from everything downtown has to offer: boutique shops, top-rated restaurants, King Park Beach, and famous attractions like The Elms Mansion (featured in HBO/MAX’s The Gilded Age), the International Tennis Hall of Fame, and the art and history museums of Bellevue Avenue.
Inside, you’ll find everything designed for easy, comfortable living:
• Air conditioning and a FREE street parking guest pass
• Washer/dryer in unit
• Culligan Whole House Water Filtration System
• An American Leather queen gel mattress sleeper sofa (no springs!) for exceptional comfort
• New ceiling fan, 40" Roku TV, microwave, mini-refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils
• Limited storage in the basement for bikes, beach gear, and more
Your rent includes absolutely EVERYTHING: heat, electric, water, WiFi, YouTube TV, monthly housekeeping, trash, recycling, and composting, making your stay simple and stress-free.
