Beautiful 3 bedroom beach cottage in desirable neighborhood.
Full furnished. Available March, April and May only. NOT available June, July or August. Walk to Gooseberry Beach, off street parking and large backyard. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, the perfect winter rental for a responsible tenant. Beautifully furnished. Large basement with Washer and Dryer, no pets and non smokers please. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat, Electric, Water, Internet/TV are not included.
Garbage/Recycling removal and weekly lawn care included in rental.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
