Our family built this home with the intent to live among the beautiful nature of Northern Michigan in a comfortable environment to create loving memories with your friends and family.

A Class Act

What a great experience - again! This is our fourth vacation here as a family. The youngest of us started at age 3 and he is now 9.....the rest of us are now - gulp - older! From the dedicated management team to the friendly cleaning staff to the welcome package to the well supplied essentials to the feeling in the air of special times in the past and happy family gatherings, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We are a “cooking in” sort of family and had culinary adventures every day. The property of course is magnificent and perfect for water activities as well as hanging out on the porch and talking about everything and nothing. What a comforting respite from the difficult times in 2020. You can be assured that all your needs will be met. Any little thing needing attention, the management team is quick to address. A true gem in the world of rental properties.

Great large house with lots of space for a large family. Great waterfront location, close to Charlevoix. Tennis court was a added bonus. Use of the boat to moor our boat was great. We plan to be back.

Beautiful Quiet Location

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lake Charlevoix. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch, swimming in the lake and being able to have our rented boat on the dock. While the property is quiet and secluded in the woods, it is minutes from the town of Charlevoix. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Lake Home Away From Home

This was our 3rd summer renting this lake house so it's obvious we really enjoy it! The location is excellent for both water & land. Downtown Charlevoix is just minutes away as well as Boyne City & Petosky, all excellent towns for shopping & dining. The home is spacious, clean and welled kept. Updated kitchen with everything you will need. Boat dock is a highlight to enjoy many aspects of the lake from swimming, boating, fishing or just to sit & take in the beauty that surrounds. Tucked in to its own private wooded waterfront this house is filled with unique eclectic local art that makes the home that much more inviting!

Meets every expectation

This property, a Charlevoix lakefront home, rises to meet every expectation. Located on a private road, unseen to neighbors, it provides the comfort, luxury and elegance of a home away from home. While many higher end rentals present an often sterile and "flawless" presentation. This house is a home-excellent bedding, comfortable and varied seating indoors and out, very complete kitchen and many small appreciated details about the house (such as antique lightning rods etc). Caretaker and cleaning services were thorough and friendly. As such it is indeed "lived in" and we were another couple to have found it for two lovely weeks.

The Stewart Family

We all enjoyed our stay in this family friendly lake house. The property is located down a beautiful wooded road, which was perfect for a morning walk or run. The private tennis court was a huge bonus for our tennis loving family. Lake frontage was enormous and the professional grade dock was great for dropping the fishing poles right in. Lake Charlevoix is a beautiful place to unwind and we would love to visit again!

Perfect in Every Way

We really enjoyed our stay at the Charlevoix Lake House and this is the only place we’ll stay at in the future. It has a great mix of “room for everyone” and space for privacy. We enjoyed being right on Lake Charlevoix with all the water sports and fishing. Because this house has all the amenities, once we arrived we didn’t need leave. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back.
