The cabin was on a stunning overlook of the mountain, a beautiful location that showed off the natural landscape of the forest. The cabin itself was lovely. Clean, cosy, and very spacious. There were plenty of appliances for us to use and even extra boots and coats left in case we lacked any. The beds were also excellent and the tv in the living room was great. 10/10 cabin. The host was also very attentive to our needs and was welcoming and helpful.
Our host was wonderful, the cabin met all our needs. The place had everything we needed for our family of 10. We took our adult children and 4 grandchildren. We went for our visit in Jan, and did not book our tubing tickets on-line in advance for Sugar Mountain. They were all sold out for that day. Fortunately we could book for the following day. Highly recommend purchasing snow tubing tickets in advance. We did enjoying seeing a few families of deer on the property too.We would definitely book again!
The cabin was perfect for winter in the mountains. We enjoyed playing cards by the fire and having hot chocolate. The house was spacious, comfortable and cozy with many blankets and pillows. It was nice to be able to set the room temperatures separately so everyone could have it the way they liked. Driveway is very steep— we did fine because there was no snow or rain but would need at least AWD in precipitation.
