Check in and communication was easy. Property was even better than expected. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Screened in back porch made sitting outside possible when the mosquitoes were out. Very close to beach access at Morgantown. We were able to get a nice spot on the beach there every day. We were there at the end of June.
