This brand new charming two bedroom house is located in the heart of Centerville, Cape Cod.

It is the perfect private & relaxing space for a getaway, or a family trip.
10 minutes to Craigville beach or Sandy Neck beach. 10 minutes to Main St. Hyannis as well as other attractions. And if you’re up for a walk, stroll on over to Wequaquet Lake!

Enjoy everything the Cape has to offer, no matter the direction you go.

Open concept living room, dining & kitchen area. Sofa in living room pulls out to a queen size bed. One full bathroom & two bedrooms which contain a queen size bed in each.

Outside there is a side yard with fire pit, table and chairs for you to enjoy the summer nights outside with some ambient lighting as well.

Note: Owners (mid-30s couple) have an RV trailer parked in the back of the house. Trailer is completely out of any pathways for the rental and vehicles are parked fully out of the way as well. Owners may or may not be in the trailer during rental stays. If you have any questions or concerns, please address in advance as they are happy to address & accommodate requests.
