Bright, modern 3 BR / 2.5 bath / 2-story townhouse, just off the main Laneda strip in central Manzanita. Just blocks to the beach, shops & playground. Hot tub after a walk on the beach, play board games by the fireplace, or take in the sunset from the front porch. Bunkroom sleeps 6, equipped w a big TV for the kids. Full kitchen, everything a coffee lover could want (Burr grinder, Chemex, french press, Hario v60). Games, pack&play.

Sleeps 10, but common areas will be most comfortable for 6-8 adults.

This place is so perfect! The hot tub and porch/patio were lovely. The room on the main floor is the king with ensuite for those who need privacy/ have mobility issues. The property was quiet, close to everything, and so well decorated that it felt so calm and inspiring. We walked the beach, shopped, did a puzzle, cooked a fancy halibut dinner and celebrated a milestone birthday and Mothers' Day. It was a great spot and I hope to return many times!

Family Beach Wedding

Tom's place in Manzanita was just like the listing shows, it was perfect for the bride and groom to stay with some of the wedding party to prepare for the small beach ceremony. Coming back to the lovely, clean home was very relaxing. We highly recommend Laneda Landing.

Cute spot right next to the main street in downtown. The place mostly matched the description, although it was much smaller than the photos made it seem. Also the bathrooms were lacking some cleaning in corners but the rest of the house was clean. It has all the basic necessities as well.

Great condo and location

The condo was very nicely decorated and well maintained. It is a new listing, so there were a couple minor issues but the owner was very responsive and addressed them immediately. It has a nice courtyard out back and would have been nice to have a grill to cook out. The condo was overall very clean but the cleaning staff did miss a few minor things. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again. It is particularly nice when you know the owner really cares and responds right away to address any questions or concerns.

We had the best stay at Laneda Landing! The place was spotless. We were very impressed with the furnishings and decor. It was very comfortable, including all the beds. We were happy to see the sound machine in the bunk room. Great idea! The hot tub was awesome and very clean and private and we got a lot of use out of it! The sitting area in the backyard was so inviting. What a great selection of books and games they had. Anything we could have needed or wanted for cooking was available in the kitchen! They even had a few spices, oils and salt and pepper to use. The assortment of coffee makers (filters too) was very impressive! The bathrooms had shampoo, soap and body wash available for use. We loved the location - Just steps away from the Rusty Moose in town which was perfect for tasty drinks and apps after check-in. Yolk, home to the most delicious breakfast on the coast, is right up the street! There is also a cozy wine bar just two blocks away from the ocean. Manzanita is the cutest town, and Laneda Landing is the perfect home base for all of your coastal adventures. A wonderful spot to fall asleep to the sound of the Pacific Ocean waves. We cannot wait to stay here again!!

Our group of 5 best friends had the best stay at Laneda Landing! The condo is so cute and cozy and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and fun beach weekend. The location is excellent; it’s walkable to the beach and all of the shops. We parked our cars and didn’t get in them again until it was time to leave. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The host was responsive and kind. We’d absolutely stay again!
