This Oceanfront Queen Suite has an extra-large bedroom with 2 Queen beds in the bedroom, a dresser, a TV with cable access, and a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, vanity and hairdryer.

A separate living room with a full-size Murphy bed, TV with cable access & complimentary wireless Internet access, and an iron/ironing board.

A kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink, four-burner stovetop, coffee maker, Keurig has everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to dine, the dining table accommodates three.

We highly suggest having or renting a car. While Uber and Lyft as well as Taxi services are available in the Myrtle Beach area, there are not as many along the Grand Strand as in a major city, as well as it is more economical.

Guests are given two (2) parking passes for their stay. They will be in the unit upon arrival.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**

- Smoking: NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort or condo, this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a charge of $125 against your property damage protection, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification - WITH ZERO REFUNDS.

Please remember this is a PRIVATELY-owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in. Our cleaning crew comes between 2-4pm, so we utilize an automated system that sends your check-in details AT 4pm. We have to have time to prepare the property for you!

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property

Other important things to note:

- This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties.

- Parking Passes will be in the unit waiting for you. You will receive two (2) standard passes. These need to be returned to the unit on departure.

- Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience.
