With direct beach access and sweeping water views, this five-bedroom, three-bath retreat comfortably hosts up to 10 guests—perfect for large families or groups looking for a true coastal escape.

Designed for relaxation and convenience, the home offers two bedrooms on the main level—one with a queen bed and one with two twins—ideal for guests who prefer first-floor living. The second level features three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and one with two twin beds, providing plenty of room for everyone to settle in.
With 2,440 sq. ft. of living space, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together. The property includes a screened porch, inviting living areas, satellite TV, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen well-equipped for preparing fresh seafood and favorite meals. Step outside to the expansive deck to take in unforgettable sunsets over the bay, or head down the private stairs to enjoy the sandy beach below. After a day on the shore, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee, making this a wonderful choice for families traveling with a furry companion.

PLEASE NOTE: Only 4 cars allowed. One to be parked in the garage the other three parked in front of it. Do not block access to house on right. **NOTE: Road to house is a long, dirt road for a couple miles. One lane traffic. SUV or higher clearance car recommended. Please be aware that road access to the home may be temporarily limited due to storm surge or weather conditions. We recommend checking local updates and planning accordingly.
3 night minimums available in off season. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.

Stunning view and private

Such a beautiful location. We wanted a relaxed get away and definitely got it. We are talking about next year already. Also very comfortable, bed and furniture are actually very comfortable which you don't always get on a rental. Be ready for a little off roading, nice long private dirt road. Thanks for sharing your home.

Perfect Views!

We had a fantastic stay here. The views were amazing, from every room in the house! The steps going down to the beach were a little tricky as they were uneven cinder blocks. There were cobwebs in the screened in porch area. Other than those two minor issues, I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The closeness to nature and the beauty of the surroundings left us loving our time at the house. There were several improvements over the year that made our stay comfortable. The new floor on the second floor was a problem though. I kept tripping on the several floor buckles leading to two bedrooms. I am sure, though, this will be fixed come the end of the season as the owners have been attentive to the care of the property in the past.

Spectacular setting

This home was in a gorgeous spot - private with incredible views of Sunset Bay. The only issue was the long, bumpy drive on the dirt road to reach the property. We kept hoping that we would not encounter another car, which involved someone backing up into one of the pullover spots. It just meant less trips in and out, which was a little bit of an inconvenience. Still, we all agreed this was a small price to pay for the amazing setting. We have come to the Cape many times, but this year the mosquitoes seemed to be worse than usual. They were plentiful. You need to be prepared with plenty of repellent, and be sure to keep doors closed! The beach in this spot is very rocky - tricky getting in and out to swim. Not too much of an issue with our group, but may bother some. All in all, a great week in a beautiful home.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house absolute should not be occupied until top to bottom repairs are completed.Paint is peeling, carpet is badly stained, cheap 'hardwood ' flooring has buckled and whole strips have popped up, sliding screen doors don't work. Dead mouse in the garage. The washing machine is so badly rusted that it turned everything ORANGE, ruining hundreds of dollars of clothing. The whole place looks like a frat house that's been used HARD

This year we stayed in July and did not do well without AC. The rental listing reads AC but we knew going into it, that was not the case. Had a few problems but the rental company responded quickly and to our satisfaction. Some things could not be fixed like tiny biting bugs called noseeums. They can fit through screens. We were advised to spray screens with a natural bug repellant and not to leave lights on in bedrooms. This helped a lot. On days with a breeze it was wonderful, but when windows were closed up due to rain or bugs it was not great for us. If you dont mind the heat, some bugs and some wear and tear; you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets, wildlife and privacy. Im sure we will return again but at a time when the weather is cooler. If you go in the summer, bring some fans! And make a visit each night to the beach for the sunset and seal-watching.
