The condo was extremely clean with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The location was great. We could walk downtown, along the river, and around town. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive.

Amazing Location - Perfect Place

This location was perfect, you were only a block away from the main spots in town and could easily walk to the pedestrian bridge to the Hot Springs. Parking behind the building was always available. The house was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfy! The owner was easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Cozy and upscale as well as great location

My friend and I usually stay at a nearby hotel; but with the increasing costs there and the unavailability of the two bedroom option, we tried this unit! SO GLAD WE DID!We found it clean, nicely decorated, convenient, and very much enjoyed the upscale decor and the beautiful flower garden out front.Parking sometimes took a couple of go arounds. But easy walk to downtown restaurants, etc.

This spot is amazing! Great location that's easy to get to with plenty of parking. We walked nearly everywhere - it's so close to the restaurants in town and is even walkable to and from the hot springs! Very clean inside, it smelled great and felt very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Glenwood.

Excellent location

We had a wonderful stay in Glenwood Springs thanks to this great property that is located in a spot that was perfect for us to easily go to multiple hot springs, the cave tours, and hike the Hanging Lake trail. We had such a great time and had ample amount of space for our two kids to run around.

Unbelievable accommodating condo with plenty of room and privacy for 2 couples. Location is perfect for parking the car and walking the town for restaurants, hot springs, hiking and shopping.

Great location

This was a great location, close to downtown so walking was a breeze. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Parking was easy, in the back there is a public parking lot. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this for anyone staying in Glenwood!

Great Location

We've been vacationing in Glenwood Springs for more than 20 years. The Hotels have become too expensive so we decided on this VRBO. The home is in perfect condition and it's close to everything we enjoy doing, must of which can be walked to from this location.

Great location and property.

Love the location and accommodations! Be mindful of the neighbor below and his sensitivity to noise. He and his older mother hear everything. Maybe get some felt sliders on those kitchen chairs to help minimize noise transmission.

City Center and Comfortable

We stayed here on this great property and really enjoyed it. The beds are so comfortable, the condo is very tastefully decorated along with nice appliances and plenty of tableware! The condo is exceptionally clean with a great location. You can walk to many restaurants, shops or the library in just moments. Brian was great to work with, and very prompt with any questions.

Excellent facility

We travelled to Colorado second time and each time we visited the different National parks and Mineral springs. So when we say good buy to Colorado we say, that we should come back. For us VRBO system are preferable not only because it is cheaper, but we had the kitchen and privacy. The apartment we rented is ideal for the vacation.
