Rincon Point Community vacation rentals

Great place that is as beach front as you can get. Location was beautiful and the property was clean and well equipped. Loved having the private beach / back yard to hang out at, set just a few feet above the public beach. Photos are very accurate. Despite it being 4th of July, the public beach in front of the house was not crowded—had a secluded / low key feel. The only thing that you should be aware of for this location is the tar that washes up on the beach—can be a bit of a nuisance to scrape off the feet. This is a phenomenon all along this stretch of coastline, so not unique to this particular property.

Our family had a great time staying here. The house is just as advertised. Just a staircase and a few steps from the beach. Can’t wait to come back!
