私たちの魅力的な3ベッドルームコテージは、プライベート半エーカーのジェラルドドライブのfootにあるイーストハンプトンの「スプリングス」にあります。 簡単に言えば、シングル/カップルおよび/または家族のためのリラックスした休暇です。 カヤック、パドルボーディング、ジョギング、水泳、釣り、サイクリング、ヨガ、高級ダイニング、アート収集、星空の眺め、サーフィン、ボギーボーディングなどをお楽しみください！ 私たちは、ジャクソン・ポラックとリー・クラスナーの歴史的保護区からすぐのところにあり、絵画のレッスンやパノラマの景色を眺めることができます。 The Springs General Store、Gardiner's Bay、Acabonac Harbour、Ashawagh Hall、East Hampton、地元のファーマーズマーケット、Citarella's Market、Amagansett Square、Stephen's Talkhouse、信じられないほど美しい湾と海のビーチに行くことができます。 ビーチで一日を過ごした後は、リラックスしてプライベートなデッキで屋外の素晴らしいお湯を浴びたり、グリルしたり、屋外で食事を楽しんだりして、日光浴を楽しみましょう。 1日は2、3日のように思えますが、この魔法のような場所のくつろぎと威厳を味わうと、時間が遅くなります！

Perfect Family Getaway

A truly charming cottage 5 minutes from the water and small beaches on Gardiner's Bay. Set in a quiet woodsy area it is extremely comfortable with three bedrooms and two sitting rooms and feels quite spacious. We loved our time there with visiting deer and wild turkeys. And the feeling of being near the water and away from the hustle and bustle of town and city.

Simple beach cottage in nature.

We stayed for 3 weeks in July and everyone enjoyed themselves. The location is great, almost on the bay and at the same time in the woods. We had deer and turkeys visit us at breakfast. Both East Hampton and Amagansett are easily accessible by car. The house is nicely decorated and well maintained. It is a real beach cottage, no central air, no dishwasher and limited cell reception (good WiFi though). The owner was very responsive to all questions before and during our stay. She also found some left-behind toys and sent them to us.

Perfect family vacation

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience at the "cottage by the sea" and Doreen's hospitality. We arrived to an immaculately clean and sweet cottage - Doreen had even purchased some small gifts for our twin girls to enjoy during the stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the five of us. The kitchen and baths were stocked with everything we needed. Some of our favorite features included the outdoor shower (we didn't shower once inside), the outdoor patio and grill, the visiting wild turkeys and deer and birds, and the shaded garden. There are several beaches within biking and walking distance and it is on a quiet road with minimal traffic. We had a couple questions for Doreen during our stay and she responded promptly. At the end of our week, our twin girls said "Mom, maybe we can stay another week - and you can come on the weekend after your work week?" I would highly recommend this for someone looking for a quiet, laid back vacation. Robin and Pavle

Home away from home

I had the pleasure of spending last summer at this cozy, charming, quiet and private comfortably furnished cottage. It has airy, spacious rooms, a fully equipped, complete kitchen is clean & well maintained. I especially enjoyed spending quality time relaxing with friends and family after a day of sun and fun at the beach on the private back deck with outdoor shower. Fresh linens, towels and all amenities were provided. Easy access to town, shopping, restaurants, arts, entertainment, nightlife, a nearby country store, farmer's market, bay and ocean beaches made this serene and peaceful Pied-à-terre a place I'm eager to come back to. The owner was most accommodating and I would highly recommend this property to friends and family as a great value and most excellent experience.

Cozy, Comfortable and Clean

This house is truly adorable! It was a perfect getaway. It was warm & inviting, cozy & comfortable. From the yard, to the beautifully decorated bedrooms, to the lovely little kitchen with a great dining area...this is a perfect home away from home. A close drive to town, beautiful areas to walk and bike to, and incredible beaches very near by. I would highly reccomend this property!

Time stands still for you so you can refresh, relax and completely unwind!
