Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood tucked away from the Outer Banks traffic. The paddle boards and kayaks were a bonus for my teenage children. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this home again. The owners are quick to communicate should you need anything.

Everything was wonderful. The well equipped kitchen met our needs. The home was clean and decorated in a beach theme as expected. Loved the fire pit and private beach. Would have been nice if one of thebunks had a full bed option. Other than that, we had a great time and wish you much succees.tha

Thank you to our wonderful hosts for sharing this adorable property away from the hustle and bustle of KDH. We really enjoyed swimming at the yacht club pool and were surprised how easy (& free) it was to park for ocean access in KDH as long as we arrived to the beach by about 10:30 or 11 AM. Paddling from the beach at the house was a nice treat, particularly at sunset. You might want to bring water shoes if you plan to swim at the house - it was very grassy as you entered the water and a family of geese visited the beach every afternoon. Luckily there was a convenient rake to clean up the beach in between landscaper visits. Colington Island is a hidden gem and far more residential than the neighboring towns. Great coffee shop and excellent restaurant just a few minute drive from the house. Thank you for sharing your sweet cottage with us!
