This canal front jewel comes with three bedrooms: a King Bed, a Queen bed, and a Full bed, complete with soft premium sheets and towels for your comfort, and two baths with spacious showers! Should you be traveling with or by boat, the 24,000 lb boat lift will keep your vessel safe and secure while you enjoy easy access to both Gulf and Ocean sides of the island. The T-Dock will accommodate up to a 50 foot boat. For your time off the water, out of the pool, or away from the included Cabana Club, you’ll find a well equipped kitchen with all the small appliances and pans you’ll need for your home away from home. The cupboards are stocked with all the dish and glassware you could need for entertaining. The house also comes with a large outdoor charcoal grill, three bikes and a stand up paddle board for exploring. Our well equipped vacation home offers everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You'll find all the necessary amenities like central air, a tankless hot water system for endless warm showers, whole house water softener, full sized top loading washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board and two Dyson vacuums. Outside, Coral Cottage is located just across the street from the Par 3 golf course, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball court and children’s playground. The dog park for those traveling with furry friends is just steps away. Three restaurants, plus the Cabana Club Grill are right in the neighborhood. Sunsets at nearby Sunset Park are a must see! Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living area, enjoying the privacy of the screened porch, or exploring the nearby attractions, this property is the perfect home away from home.
