Our Kingston home is a super cute, one-level, recently remodeled cottage. It's equipped with all the amenities needed for a lovely vacation, or long-term stay for digital nomads, relocations, snowbirds, or a short-term job in the area. Whatever your reason, don't miss this adorable space that is right downtown near all the local shops, restaurants, parks, library and nearby Watts Bar Lake.

Guests may let themselves in using the keypad entry. There is a fenced backyard for guests and their furry friends to enjoy. Guests have use of the entire home, with the exception of one locked supply cabinet in the kitchen.

Host is available to guests if needed during their stay.

Safe neighborhood close to all local conveniences and services. Easy access to Interstate 40, walking distance to fast food, local antique stores, quaint Downtown Kingston, Watts Bar Lake/Boat Launches, Kingston Library, Dog Park and Children's Park.

Please note that biweekly housekeeping is required for stays over 14 days, at an additional fee of $75 per cleaning needed. This includes linen service, and light housekeeping. We request that guests clear surfaces and sinks to allow for cleaning.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
-Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles
-No additional guests allowed without written permission from hosts and guests of all ages must be disclosed at booking
-Pet waste must be collected and disposed of immediately
-Pets are not to be left unattended inside the home unless crated, and shouldn't be left outside if guests aren't home
-Access for yard care must be granted when needed (weekly mowing of front and backyard, etc.)
-Thermostat is to be set no lower than 78 degrees when house is unoccupied and all doors should be locked and windows secured when house is unoccupied
-Thermostat is to be set no lower than 72 degrees at any given time while occupied
-Maximum of 3 cars to be parked on premises
-Cars are to be parked in driveway or along street, never on lawn
-Trash pickup is weekly on Wednesdays, if your stay falls on this day, we ask that you please walk can to curb for pickup
-No parties or large gatherings allowed on premises
