About this property

Just a mile from Main Street, this home is close to both bay and ocean beaches and Wellfleet center and harbor. This unique home offers great gathering spaces, as well as privacy for the entire family. The large kitchen has newer stainless appliances and lots of workspace. There is an informal eating area as well as a more defined dining area in the Great room, which is bright and has sliders to a spacious deck & screened porch. This room also has a piano, TV, CD, DVD and plenty of comfortable seating. The first level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full and twin. The upper level offers the primary Suite with TV, DVD and seating area, along with two other bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds. With features such as WIFI, gas grill and a great location, this will be a popular vacation destination. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

It smelled clean when we opened the door. **** & span & sparkly, it is a lovely home with plenty of room to spread out & find a bit of personal peace & inviting spaces to gather. The house is well-maintained; everything worked; no sticking locks or holes in screens. The realtor is professional, friendly & attentive & a pleasure to work with. We definitely had our best year ever on Kerouach Rd.

95 Kerouach, my home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love my stay at 95. Coming at the end of the season, there were a few signs of wear and tear. Corkscrew was broken, no dish towels, the plastic dish rack was gone, and the sauce pans and tops were either mismatched or have gotten old. I continue to hope that one day the owners will put in a screen door on the upstairs porch so it can be kept open with no bugs flying in. But otherwise, love the property!
