Our bathrooms are designed for your convenience, featuring fixtures and amenities to cater to your needs during your stay. In addition to the essentials, we provide a washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh your clothes after a day of outdoor adventures.

Fully Equipped Kitchens:
The fully equipped kitchen awaits the culinary enthusiast in you, ready to inspire delicious meals. Share family dinners around the dining table. Appliances include: coffee machine, toaster, blender, waffle maker, air fryer, and griddle.

Clean, well-appointed pet-friendly stay! Very relaxing and comfortable! We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some nice meals. The hosts definitely have an eye for detail. Great location, too - we went on a nice beach walk with the dogs at Mears State park nearby.

Great birthday getaway

Just a couple ladies, looking for a couple days away from family, preferably with a hot tub. The octagon was perfect and Hannah was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with throughout the booking until checkin. Would recommend and stay again!!

We will never forget our time in Pentwater at the "octagon" The property was so well appointed, the hosts had really thought of everything, even added bonuses like all the yummy items for s'mores. Check in was super easy and the few questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully by the host. The fact that there was a separate "apartment" in the back was a plus since we were two families traveling together. Also, we all enjoyed playing ping pong in the game room and hot tubbing in the evening. The home is close to the adorable downtown area also. I am not sure if we will return to Michigan BUT if we ever do we will definitely choose to stay here again. It was awesome!!!

We just wrapped up an incredible week at this spotless, spacious retreat—and we can’t say enough good things! From the moment we booked, the owner was lightning-fast with responses and went out of her way to accommodate every question and request.The house is loaded with thoughtful touches: a fully stocked s’mores kit, family board games everywhere, and even extra games tucked into the game room. That game room (plus the full apartment above it) was such a bonus—our teens practically lived there!Inside, you’ll find absolutely everything you need for a week-long stay with 5–7 people. The bedrooms are roomy, the living areas never felt cramped, and the WiFi was rock-solid—perfect for remote check-ins and streaming movie nights.Outside, there’s a firepit area that became a favorite gathering spot, plus a generous yard with space to toss a football or Frisbee. When you’re ready for a change of pace, it’s just a safe 1.4-mile walk or bike ride to downtown’s shops and restaurants.If you’re looking for a hassle-free, family-friendly home away from home with all the extras you could want, look no further.
