Indoor dining area accomodates 6 guests.

As always it was a wonderful visit at the Pentwater house... This was my 5th Year renting this place..The cottage was clean and had supplies for the renters use... There was one issue with the back bedroom, it didn't seem to be as clean and fresh as it usually does..The back patio area and the fire pit area is great.... Dinners, cocktails, and bonfires..I'm truly hoping I'm able to stay at the Pentwater house next year..

Great visit!

Rick is a very good host and the home was well stocked with everything for cooking, and for entertaining guests. The A/C was nice to have because of the weather. The location was quiet as well! Definitely recommend staying in the Pentwater home. Rick is the best!!

Wonderful stay

Communication with Rick was great! We forgot a few items at the end of our stay, Rick reached out and made sure we got our items back. The house was very clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. Beds were comfortabe. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our beach vacation.

Rick provides everything you need for a perfect vacation at the beach….. the place is well supplied with paper products, cleaning products, even coffee.The Pentwater House is perfect for my small family…We enjoy ourselves so much every year… the back patio is perfect for dining out side and there is a huge fire pit with lots of chairs for that evening fire…

Pentwater Visit

We have stayed here three times and found the house located close to the beach, marina, and downtown. The owner contacted me to make sure that we had all of the information that we needed to enjoy our visit.

As always, our stay at the Pentwater House was wonderful! An issue did arise that needed the homeowners attention and he was quick to respond, get the issue handled and communicated with me through all of it. This was our third stay at the Pentwater House and I’m sure we’ll be back again someday!

When we first arrived, the cleaning company had forgotten to clean between the last stay and ours. We reached out to Rick and he immediately got them there to clean and bought us dinner that night! The house was wonderful, the firepit was lovely, and the location was perfect to travel to multiple parks and beaches! I cannot recommend this property enough!!
