Very comfortable little cottage in Pentwater. Close to Marina, Downtown, and Beach. Lovely bonfire area and back deck. We had everything we needed! Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay

Communication with Rick was great! We forgot a few items at the end of our stay, Rick reached out and made sure we got our items back. The house was very clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. Beds were comfortabe. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our beach vacation.

Rick provides everything you need for a perfect vacation at the beach….. the place is well supplied with paper products, cleaning products, even coffee.The Pentwater House is perfect for my small family…We enjoy ourselves so much every year… the back patio is perfect for dining out side and there is a huge fire pit with lots of chairs for that evening fire…

When we first arrived, the cleaning company had forgotten to clean between the last stay and ours. We reached out to Rick and he immediately got them there to clean and bought us dinner that night! The house was wonderful, the firepit was lovely, and the location was perfect to travel to multiple parks and beaches! I cannot recommend this property enough!!

Great visit!

Rick is a very good host and the home was well stocked with everything for cooking, and for entertaining guests. The A/C was nice to have because of the weather. The location was quiet as well! Definitely recommend staying in the Pentwater home. Rick is the best!!

As always, our stay at the Pentwater House was wonderful! An issue did arise that needed the homeowners attention and he was quick to respond, get the issue handled and communicated with me through all of it. This was our third stay at the Pentwater House and I’m sure we’ll be back again someday!

Pentwater Visit

We have stayed here three times and found the house located close to the beach, marina, and downtown. The owner contacted me to make sure that we had all of the information that we needed to enjoy our visit.

Only able to stay one night due to death of a family member. Ended up being an expensive one night stay since planned 3 nights :( Very Cute house but need air out repaint inside cupboards strong odor.

Our Second Stay at Pentwater House

This was our second time staying at Pentwater House and it was perfect for our needs…close to Pentwater Center and the beach, all the amenities that we needed for our week of vacation and a cute cottage feel to the house. The owners are great, communicate well and were very accommodating when a change came up in our schedule. I can see us staying at the Pentwater House again sometime! 😊

I love the Pentwater House

This was my second year staying at the Pentwater House and I booked for next year before leaving…. So much is provided, linens, towels, cleaning supplies, paper products, etc…… The place is clean and comfortable, although the mattresses could be a little firmer….. We love the fire pit area and back deck….. Close enough to the beach and shopping, yet it’s quiet when you need to unwind…

Stress free

Myself and 3 other friends wanted to stay somewhere between Silver Lake and Ludington. This location was amazing. So easy to get to both locations. The owner was awesome. He was able to text any info I needed and supplied discount codes for rentals on Pentwater lake. The house was fully supplied with all you can need. The price was the best out of any location in the area. The back patio/deck was great and the fire pit was perfect. Overall I would highly recommend if you want a stress free stay in an affordable vrbo!

Quaint Cozy beach home

Perfect place and location for family vacation near a pristine beach and cute town. Plenty of shopping and a few good restaurants and plenty of ice cream. House had lots of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Fire pit , grill, air conditioning, traditional coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer and plenty of dishes. Paper towel and toilet paper to last your entire stay. Not having to run to the store multiple times gave us more time to vacation. Thanks for providing such a welcoming environment. We will be back.

Corner cottage

The property had everything we needed to make our stay in Pentwater pleasant. Kitchen had all necessities for dining in. Bathroom is small but sufficient. Bedrooms had plenty of pillows and closet space. We stayed for a week and the owner was quite responsive to our needs. It was strange to find no screen on the bedroom window so we couldn't leave it open to fresh air, which I enjoy so much about this town. The AC worked well. The lighting in the bath is limited so in the shower was dark in the night. We found one of the beds to be a bit soft for two grown adults. Also the house is on the main road into town so on busy days traffic noise elevates. VERY close to water views and the marina.
