Esta es una casa de vacaciones a la medida (2006), con aire acondicionado central, construido en altavoces de la música en toda la casa, TV HD, satélite y WiFi. Hilltop Cottage se encuentra a 3 cuadras del centro de Pentwater. Esta casa es ideal para reuniones más grandes con un montón de habitación de arriba y en el nivel inferior. Aparcar el coche y usar las bicicletas ya en la casa para llegar a la ciudad oa la playa. Construido en 2006, la casa está equipada con todo lo necesario, con la excepción de su ropa de cama (sábanas y toallas no siempre). Un gran porche cubierto se completa con mecedoras y una gran parte de la terraza se proyectó en. La casa tiene 2400 metros cuadrados e incluye, 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos, porche 700sqft, parrilla de gas al aire libre, mesa de picnic, pozo de fuego, y un montón de juegos. Hilltop está en un barrio tranquilo y acogedor y la propiedad es boscoso en cuatro patas lados de la casa que le da que "el norte" se siente.

The place was more than we expected! Plenty of room and really enjoyed the screened in porch. Beautiful weather, great places to eat and very relaxing.

Very comfortable

It was a very comfortable house for our family of 8 adults and 2 kids. Loved the woods feel, fire pit, screened in porch, and the bikes were a nice bonus. Would def stay again!

Pentwater Cottage

Great place, spacious, clean, lots of dishes, pans. Private little area downstairs, great for teens or another couple/family. Great location! Bring your own sheets, has Roku for TV, has lots of bikes. Cool fire pit out back.

We had an enjoyable week. The house could have been a bit cleaner but overall we liked the location. Owner was quick to respond to the few issues we had.

Nice and quiet

Fantastic cottage

This secluded cottage has all the amenities of home and it's just a short bike ride to downtown and the state park. My family had a wonderful time with several other couples and their kids. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone looking to enjoy a Pure Michigan summer vacation.

The Best of Everything

This home was clean and top of the line amenities, loved the whole house surround sound and flat screen tv on the wall. We walked everywhere and loved to leave our car in the driveway never having to use it. We walked to the town where there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, gift shops and to the harbor where my children fished. The walk to the beach was fine for us in that we brought a wagon for our 2 year old. The beach was spectacularly clean with nice bathrooms, showers and snack shop. Oh, also they had swing sets and places for kids to fish off of the pier. We have booked another vacation this summer and are looking forward to it. I highly recommend.

Amazing home made for great vacation!

We have stayed in a couple of other houses in Pentwater, and this is our favorite. The layout of the home and location was perfect for our group. The house is quiet and secluded, but downtown Pentwater is just a short walk down the road. Great shops and restaurants all over downtown. The beach and Lake Michigan are just beyond that. We spent our days out exploring and sun bathing, but at night we were at the house, on the porch or at the fire pit in the backyard. There is enough space that the when the kids were in bed, we adults could have our time too without disturbing them. The house is very clean and well kept. We will be back next year!

Awesome Cottage! Great Location! Perfect Vacation!

Hilltop Cottage is the perfect house for your family vacation! It was so clean, new, spacious and PRIVATE! Secluded setting made us really feel "up north" but with all the modern conveniences. We had two families in the house and the layout was perfect. Each family had their own "area" and never felt crowded (4 adults and 5 kids). In fact we said we could probably fit more and still be fine if it was allowed. The large kitchen and all the amenities were just right upstairs and the lower walkout half had ample room for the kids to play and the second family's food/storage/privacy. Location was so close to town and so very convenient, just down the hill! We were even able to score a slip for our boat for the week at a very reasonable price just by asking around at the marina. The beach and lakes were so clean and beautiful we didn't want to leave! Cute quaint little downtown, Pentwater locals and businesses all very friendly and open to visitors. Farmers market was high quality and great variety of booths. We enjoyed dinner out at Gulf Landing and overall it was pretty good. We had wonderful weather and kids had a blast. We will definitely be back! on a sidenote, we enjoyed Silver Lake for one of the day's and it was only 10 miles away...loved the dunes and dune buggy rides!
