Unit furnished with portable A/Cs in the bedroom and the living room, ceiling fans throughout, smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom, new appliances, Keurig coffee maker, ninja blender and more! All appliances brand new including washer and dryer.
Enjoy use of body boards, snorkeling gear and ice chest for beach days!

No parties allowed, please be considerate of neighbors around, not all of them are here on vacation. $50 fee if parking pass or pool key missing.
One car parking pass only $500 fee for smoking inside If unregistered guests noted you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
No shoes in the unit please. Red dirt impossible to remove from carpet/bedding/towels. If needed please rinse off with hose on the lanai.
