Excellent property

This is one of my top VRBO stays, ever. Mark and Craig are excellent hosts, the property is in a great location, and they went above and beyond making this a great trip to Saugatuck. The Poppy was in immaculate shape, and the entire building is new and very clean. This will be the first property on my list of places to stay when I return again.

What a great place to stay. Very close to downtown shopping. Welcoming place with Prosecco and Charcuterie board waiting in the refrigerator as a welcoming gift. Wonderful swing on the screened in porch. Comfy king size bed with great pillows. They thought of everything accommodations wise. Highly recommended.

Wow did we luck out! This is a beautiful property right in the heart of downtown. We stayed with our 2 year old son and had everything we needed! Kitchenette, king bed, laundry upstairs, and a great shower (fyi, no bathtub if you have kiddos). I am already ready to book for next year!

I would 1000% stay here again. The space was immaculate and clutter-free. It was inviting and so relaxing. I sat outside on the porch every day. Craig and Mark were very responsive and provided everything you could possibly need. They also welcomed me with fresh croissants, muffins, fruits, cheeses, chocolates, and prosecco. Evrything is within a very short walking distance (like 2-5 minutes) and parking was a breeze.

Porches on Mason

The property units are all new and nicely decorated with a modern, clean look. The screened in porch with the swinging chair is awesome. The location was perfect for us, because we wanted to be in the heart of Sagatuck. We liked there there was a king bed, and a wonderful shower. A really nice charcuterie board, and bottle of champagne were there for us when we arrived. Nice touch.

This is the best rental you will stay in downtown!! We have stayed in many. Porches on Main is IT!! The location can not be better, but the quality of the property exceeds rental standards. The exterior and interior of the property are beautiful and impeccably maintained. The owner has great communication about everything. Extra amenities, such as charcuterie, croissants and morning muffins were absolutely lovely and appreciated!! Wow!!! We will look no more and not read hundreds of reviews elsewhere. We are booking at Porches On Mason next July. I am hopeful to figure out how to extend my stay !! This is an amazing property and rental experience.
