This beautiful waterfront home, sitting on 220 feet of water frontage, a 220 foot dock, has a relaxing and modern décor and is located in New Port Richey, FL and is able to sleep up to 6 people for family, friends or business associates.

Spacious rooms in the house, 2 plush King Beds and 2 comfort twin beds, with a lot of natural light, sunlight and moonlight coming in!

Great golfing nearby!

You could bring your boat after you inform of the make, size and model to okay.

The trailer is NOT allowed in the driveway per neighborhood rules. You will need to find another location for the trailer.

Why they chose this property

Everyone who has stayed, absolutely loved it. They get to relax by the pool, on the local beaches, on a rented boat or party on a party boat. They catch fish in the backyard! Watch dolphins and manatees. Shop in the local outlets and eat in restaurants similar to Key West atmosphere or fine dining in the local cities. The King beds are a perfect sleep every night! The twins are high and also allows a perfect sleep!
