Charming Remodeled Home with Deck overlooking Land Trust - Dog Friendly!

Welcome to Boothbay Harbor! This fully refurbished home offers the luxuries and comforts of home while in beautiful Boothbay Harbor. Drink your morning coffee on the large, private deck overlooking Boothbay Region Land Trust conservation property and then head out for a short walk (.70 mile) to the harbor to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and activities that Boothbay Harbor has to offer. You’ll also find easy walking access to two beautiful hiking trails that take you into Land Trust woods and marsh areas - one being just right across the road!

You’ll find all new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer in this lovely three bedroom home (two queen and a daybed with a trundle), as well as a full bath, and a basement washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a spacious closet, television, and luxury bedding, including down alternative comforters. There are also blackout curtains for each bedroom so that you can spend mornings sleeping in, if that's your preference!

The fully functional kitchen offers a breakfast bar where you can relax and sip your morning coffee. Or if you prefer, head outside to relax on the newly built spacious deck.

We welcome one well-behaved, house broken dog at the home with no additional pet fee.

The Maine Stay!

We found our home charming just as advertised! The location was ideal for our visits with friends and frequent visits to Boothbay Harbor. Kerry was great at communication and left us set up with everything we needed and some extra kind deeds.

Just what we needed

The property was cute, cozy, and clean! Had everything that we needed and was so close to everything we wanted to do. All of the appliances and shower were foolproof which is always an added plus. Definitely bring the bug spray!

Great stay in Boothbay

This was a great place to call home for a few nights as we explored the Boothbay and surrounding areas. The home is all recently updated with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for a family of 4. We would absolutely stay here again!!

A great stay in Boothbay Harbor

The house has three good-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room with a big flat-screen TV. It has a full basement with a washer and dryer and a nice deck. The house was spotlessly clean. It is close to stores and within walking distance to the harbor. There is adequate parking for as many as three cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect in every way

Location was perfect, house was spotless, comfy beds and quality bedding, towels, thoughtful decor, etc. Dishwasher came in handy as well as all the other kitchen appliances and gadgets one could want. Choice of Keurig or coffeemaker. The heat also came in handy as the mornings were chilly. The deck is lovely for morning coffee and listening to the birds. Keypad door lock was great, no lost keys! Would definitely stay here again!

Super dog friendly and spotless!

So close to town you can walk in. Right on a road, but once you go to the deck out back you can hear a thing. It abuts a preserve with nice walls (but buggy) that is super quiet. The bakery across the street has amazing coffee and treats. Great for breakfast! Could not have been happier.

Wonderful dog-friendly stay in Booth Bay Harbor

We had a wonderful stay in Booth Bay Harbor. We loved the property. It met all our expectations and the owner was great with communications. Our miniature red poodle, Winston, was very welcome and the property was very welcoming. We got some a great recommendation for a boat trip and had a very memorable Puffin tour. Thanks for the recommendation. The property was very well stocked and very clean. It was a pleasure to stay here and would love to return.

We loved our stay! Dog friendly is not always easy to find and this place was amazing for our pup. Kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook breakfast and dinner. Spotless and recently updated. Tasty bakery/coffee (Farm 23) across the street. Landtrust surrounding the property for running and walking trails. Location is walkable or <5 min drive to shops and restaurants downtown. You won’t be disappointed.

Boothbay Vacation

This is a nicely remodeled, fully furnished, clean home. All the basic necessities were provided for cooking and serving meals as well as bathroom, bedding, and laundry needs. The bed and furniture were comfortable. There is a large deck off the kitchen with a view of a nature preserve. The nature preserve has walking paths through the woods that my dog seemed to enjoy. I found it to be an easy walk to the harghbor that I made several times. The host was easy to communicate with. Overall my Boothbay stay was nice and I would do it again.

Perfect location

Amazing time. This home was welcoming and in a GREAT location. Morning coffee on the back deck, Farm 23 (right across the street) for a delicious baked treat and cappuccino before the short walk (about a mile) into town. Lots of great shops to explore and plenty of choices for lunch / dinner! Spent the day and then walked back before dark. Didn’t have to drive at all once we arrived which was nice! Clean and comfortable beds and pillows. I did have a few questions while there and the owner got back to me quickly. I did read the back deck could get buggy so I brought a portable bug lantern and we had no issues at all.

Mother Nature Sadly Interfered

This lovely renovated home was perfect for 2 senior best friends. Very appreciated when we’re older to have just a few stairs to maneuver from car to door when unpacking. House was immaculate with little details like a pod coffee maker or a drip coffee pot with NewEngland blend provided. Washer/ dryer located in basement but I’m very much still mobile to do it. Love the area , close to quaint town centers and the Botanical Gardens with the magnificent addition of trolls. Didn’t experience too much more ,as a Nor’easter due to hit where we live in MA forced us to leave a day early . Kerry is easy to communicate with and responds in minutes if you have any questions.Hope to return again with better weather. This place is a gem . Envious of those who will enjoy their stay in better weather

I fell in love with Boothbay Harbor when I visited in May of 2021. Since then, I have traveled and stayed in BBH as often as I could - I love it so much. In March an opportunity came up for me to buy a fixer upper in BBH, and I couldn't pass it up. It's the perfect opportunity for me to have a home in town and share my love for the area with others. I completely rehabbed and furnished the home with you in mind. Being a long-time VRBO customer, I tried to think of every possible comfort of home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

This home offers the best of both worlds -- close enough to walk to town while being outside of the hustle and bustle of the traffic and limited parking down by the harbor during peak season. It's an easy walk to town (approximately .7 miles) so you won't need to worry about finding a parking spot.

I can honestly say that I put this home together with love. I love this area so much and wanted to create a comfortable place for myself and my guests. I truly hope you come to love the area as much as I do.
