Spacious ground floor self catering apartment/condo available for rent at the popular resort of Shorewalk Vacation Villas, Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida. The condo lies within a 30 acre complex of quiet tree-lined streets with lighted sidewalks and six lakes. Facilities include two heated swimming pools, each with a separate Whirlpool spa, two floodlit tennis / pickleball courts and table tennis. The clubhouse has a pool table, library, playground and barbecues.

Shorewalk is beautifully maintained and is convenient for everything you require for a great Florida holiday. Supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and bowling are a short walk away. Anna Maria Island with its beautiful white sand beaches, and the Robinson Nature Preserve are within a 15 minute drive. There are many golf courses in the area including Pinebrook/Ironwood which is 10 minutes walk away. 1 hour away is Tampa with Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Casino, and sports venues for baseball, football and ice hockey. Orlando and Disney are within a 2 hour drive.

For great designer shopping bargains the Ellenton Premium Outlets are a half hour drive away. The IMG Sports Academy is a 5 minute drive.

The condo overlooks one of the lakes and is equipped with everything needed to make this your home away from home.

The condo is suited to families and couples. Up to 4 adults plus 1 child.

Please be aware of following from the Shorewalk Palms Condo Association:
- Shorewalk is a place where owners and guests benefit from first class facilities in a peaceful, friendly and enjoyable environment. It is suitable for families, couples and active seniors, it is not a party atmosphere.
- Shorewalk is subject to the City of Bradenton noise ordinance which prohibits amplified sounds greater than 65 decibels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Alcoholic beverages are forbidden at all Association recreational facilities (Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis courts, etc.) except the dedicated area on the deck close to the clubhouse.
- Use of recreational facilities require registration and reservation at clubhouse.
- Guests must have the provided passes when using any Association recreational facilities.
- Shorewalk rules must be observed when using the pools and other recreation facilities, The condo association withdraws access if the rules are not followed.
- The Clubhouse is open 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

We did not meet the host but Steve communicated with us several times. The amenities were great. The pools, pickleball, shuffle board,etc. were in great shape. Definitely enjoyed the morning sun on the screened porch. The condo had very nice kitchen items. It was only 10 or so minutes to the beaches which were really nice and plenty of parking, not to forget to mention the tiki bar and music on Holmes Beach. So all in all a nice place to stay.

Condo is in a convenient location. It's got the basics and it's a nice retreat away from beach congestion. We visited Anna Maria Island, and her beautiful beaches almost every day. We found convenient parking there easily.

Great place

This cindi is very pretty and well stocked. It is so very convent to Publix, Aldi. Short drive to Old Main Street in Bradenton, and easy to get to the beach also.

Clean and well kept condo.

Shore Walk Resort

Easy access to beaches. Close to many businesses and markets. Only minutes away from Sarasota Airport. Nice club house and pools. Owner responded quickly to any concerns. Will come back again.

nice place comfortable

Very nice clean comfortable, good location. Only thing wished light in front bedroom could have been fixed . But we had a wonderful time . Condo and pool area was very nice will definitely be renting again .

Fantastic location for IMG Academy and close to the beach

Clean, neat, and just what you need. Pool is even heated during the winter. Literally 5 minutes from IMG academy,10 minutes to the island, and 1 minute to the grocery store. Super clean and fresh bedding and furniture.

Great Location and Nice Condo Development

The location of the condo was great, near everything. The condo development had a nice pool and hot tub. The condo itself was ok, some things were outdated but overall everything worked except for the master shower. The condo was clean, but a deep clean and updating would be nice. The owners were available and promptly answered questions.

The on site maintenance and cleaning teams are always available to help with any issues when reported. In the case of the shower we offered to have the maintenance team check it for you while you were there. They did check it after you left and confirmed all was working OK - so it may have been a misunderstanding on how to use it. We do regularly update the condo and always strive to provide good quality accommodation at a fair price. The condo is cleaned thoroughly after each guest stay and is periodically deep cleaned.

Great condo! Clean and comfortable

We had a great experience staying here! It was exactly what we needed for our holiday, with lovely water views in Shorewalk. The condo was very clean upon arrival, with all the amenities we required. Shorewalk has two swimming pools, a basketball court, tennis courts and more! All of which can be used as much as you'd like - it was lovely to be able to go swimming daily! It's a very short drive from the beach (Anna Maria Island) and lots of preserves located in and around Bradenton. Shorewalk is within a 10 minute drive of all that you could need (shopping, restaurants, etc). We highly recommend staying here!

The property was well maintained and landscaped beautifully.

We rented this property between Christmas 2018 and New Year's. You couldn't have asked for anything more. It was clean and spacious and we enjoyed having a glass of wine every day on the enclosed patio. We liked that it was near all the stores and you could walk to the supermarket if you wanted to. We are sorry we did not bring our bathing suits to make use of the 2 pools on the premises. The weather was perfect the entire time we were there. This condo was beautiful and would rent it again if we came to this area. Thank you to the Rooney family for your hospitality and our best wishes to you!

Shorewalk 2.0

This is our second time staying at Shorewalk Vacation Villas. We especially like the location, and we specifically chose Shorewalk because of the the pools, and the hot tubs. However, just like last time, only one swimming pool and hot tub was open most days. There were even a couple of days when the 2nd hot tub wasn’t open either. This was no fault of the owners., just something that seems to be a pattern at Shorewalk. The owners were very quick to communicate and responded in a timely manner. We had no problems with the condo itself and we certainly enjoyed our stay.

So relieved to have an awesome start to our week!

We were coming to town for a Baseball factory event so we needed to find a place that was close to Pirate City and close to other things for us to do while my son was at Pirate City. Not knowing the area really we decided to look at VRBO for places. We found this Lakeside condo and after looking at reviews and getting some general information feedback from the owners we decided to book it. When we arrived I was so relieved at how nice it was. We have had some bad experience with rentals on size and cleanliness so I was especially excited that it was spacious and very clean!!! It is a perfectly laid out condo with nice room. It was also well equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella which we didn't have with us. To our surprise the location was only 15 minutes to Pirate City and also 15 minutes to about 5 different beautiful beaches. It only took about 35 minutes to get to Siesta Key beach too. It was an absolutely perfect location to everything. Also, within walking distance is the grocery store and Applebees. We would definitely rent this condo again. Everything was great and we are so glad we opted for this over a hotel rental. Thank you for supplying such a great place to rent and for keeping it up as a rental should be. The Greaneys
