Boasting a coveted location, just one block to Shoreline Park and beach access. With its long sandy beach and mellow point break, Leadbetter beach is the perfect spot for beach walks, sunbathing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking and other ocean sports.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rinse off prior using the hot tub and close/lock the cover after use. Recover BBQ and fire pit after they have fully cooled to protect cover from heat
Hosts not liable for anyone getting hurt in the hot tub. Please supervise children and use at your own risk.

Perfect for A Family

We had family from age 15 months to 70 years ( 6 total) The house was perfect for us. The host was caring ( with lots of “just like Home touches), the location was great for everything we chose to do. But you’d be fine to just relax in the beautiful yard.! We will (hopefully come again) Thank you!
