This beautifully updated, ranch-style home features an open design with dining space and living rooms, fully-stocked kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The private yard has a large deck, dining area, BBQ, and fire pit to enjoy.

Just 15 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport, 10 minutes from Peterson Space Force Base, and close to all the shopping you need with major retailers, grocery stores, restaurants, and even parks, trails, and Cherokee Ridge Golf Course minutes away!

As you enter the property, you are greeted by all the comforts and amenities of home. The inviting, open living areas on both the main level and in the basement house large TVs for all of your streaming needs. The updated kitchen has coffee and tea (nuff' said), and is fully stocked to prepare any home-cooked meals if desired.

Each of the bedrooms on the main floor include a desk to accommodate any of your work requirements. The comfy beds will leave you waking up feeling refreshed and ready to get to your meetings or explore the beautiful city of Colorado Springs.

Relax with your loved ones in the private, fully-fenced backyard with large deck, dining area, grill, and fire pit.

Guests will be able to utilize the entire main floor, including the porch, deck and private backyard.

Our family of five found this to be a perfect place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a beautiful outside deck. To enjoy morning coffee on.Close to everything we wanted to visit and great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely Home

House is decorated so lovely and has everything you would need for a great stay in Colorado Springs and then some! With two floors both equipped with seating/TV areas bedrooms and bathrooms everyone has all they need to feel at home! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Great layout and plentiful amenities

Much larger and more convenient property than the impression I got from the listing - which was an extremely wonderful surprise. Everything worked as it should and the place just felt like our home dyring the stay. Great communication back and forth with the host and they even resolved a TV mounting issue from previous guests that we were not aware of. I would love to come back soon!

Just Right!

My sisters and I flew in from all directions and this was the perfect landing spot to catch up, have as a home base for our outings, and enjoy the moment. The place was spotless, nice ammenities and fluffy white towels. It was newly rehabs and simply yet tastefully decorated. It had a nice backyard deck, and the comfortable, casual feel we craved.

Great Place!

The house was very clean and was in a nice neighborhood! We had booked the trip to do a destination senior photography session for a client! I had my family of four (including an infant), my sister and her infant child, and two teenagers! The teenagers loved that they had their own space in the ENORMOUS basement! It was close to all of the destinations we wanted to make in our short stay! One of my favorite parts was that the house was baby proofed as my infant had just began walking. We WILL be staying there again!

So many beds!!!

My teenage kids loved the space for them in the newly renovated basement. They usually have to double up, but everyone had their own bedroom! The beds were so comfy and the extra toiletries were great! There were a few issues caused by the family that stayed before us, but the property manager responded appropriately and efficiently to address the issues. The neighborhood was so quiet and the neighbors were so respectful, especially the sweet kitty that would come visit us from next door in the evenings for some cuddles. Overall, this home is pretty amazing and we would definitely stay here again!
