Welcome to The Mountain Retreat! We're just a 1-minute walk to Palmer Park and a short drive to Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, the Cheyenne Zoo, and the Airforce Academy. Absolute Gem of a location

We were very happy with our stay here. The location is perfect for all the major attractions in Colorado Springs (Pikes peak, Garden of Gods etc). The check in process was very smooth and Rita was a perfect host. She was very attentive for all our needs. The house itself has a very cozy feel and out family of 6 loved relaxing here after a busy day of doing touristy stuff.

Mountain Retreat

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Retreat of Rita and Abhi. Very nicely furnished and accessible to all that Colorado Springs has to offer. A bonus was the family park across the street and a lovely back yard at their home. Our hosts were genuinelly responsive and quick to answer any questions or needs we had. Definitely makes our list of vacation rentals for future visits to COS.

Great location

Excellent location to just about everything also don’t let ‘no washer/dryer’ keep you from this place bc the Laundry Lounge is literally 3 minutes from here. The backyard and patio was a great place to have my morning coffee and in the evening a glass of wine. Overall an AMAZING house!!!

Good location

This house met all our needs for a girls trip. It had enough beds for all four if us, plus more in basement. 3 full bathrooms too. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor gas firepit and the house was well lit when pulling in the drive at night. We played UNO at the dining table and had coffe in the living room in mornings. Would stay there again.

Nice place to stay

The place is great. Only downside is no washer/dryer but it was my fault for not checking the listing for it. It also would have been nice to have a couple more rolls of TP. :)

Beautiful house, loved the playground

The home was very clean and had very nice furnishings. The best part was it was right across from a park with a playground, baseball field and trails. It is right off a busy road which you can hear from the bedrooms but it didn’t stop us from sleeping. The hosts were very helpful and responded very quickly. We were 20m from the zoo and 20m from the hospital which was why we were in town. The zoo is very cool. The house also had a great backyard for the kids and a nice outdoor deck for hanging out on.
