We had a wonderful time staying in Colorado Springs. The house was very clean and had lots of fun extras to do while we were having down time at the home. Very much appreciated our host and was very responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
We had 10 adults in our group and the property was perfect for our large group. Kitchen was fully stocked, very clean, and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location was also great.
We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the space. Tons of room for everyone and all the rooms were comfortable with plenty of bedding and towels provided for our big group. The the kids loved playing Pac-Man and foosball. We all loved ping pong! Great views and lots of wildlife ( birds, bunnies, deer) as promised. Excellent communication from hosts, who were very responsive.
Be aware that if you plan cook your own meals, the kitchen really isn’t well stocked with cookware or utensils, and silverware, cups and mugs aren’t adequate for a group of more than 6 adults.
Got out of Denver for a few days and rented this. House was clean and kept up and lots of room for all the kids and family that came with. Would definitely rent this again.
Very comfortable living spaces, for both the adults and children. The backyard is large, allowing for the children to explore and go on adventures. The big rock was a popular spot.
Our kids have stayed in motels, then dorms, and now this vrbo. They had had more fun than ever, we saved money by cooking, and saved money over five motel rooms.
If you are traveling with high school students on a budget and are looking to make memories, take the leap. You will love it!
This was an amazing retreat for our family to gather at from across the US. We had enough rooms for everyone along with enough space and elbow room. The kitchen was nice and roomy for several of us to work together. The island even served as a large charcuterie board! There was plenty of activity within the home that the kids could play and adults hangout.
The retro arcade games were a definite hit with all ages. The hot tub was, of course, Loved by all and a great time to unwind before bed.
We had one issue come up with the oven and Tanya, awesome host extraordinar, quickly handled it and more than compensated for the inconvenience it created.
The very nice quiet neighborhood is in a great location on a hillside with Beautiful views all around. We would highly recommend this home for your gathering.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
poorly maintained.
sliding glass door to outside porch was difficult to move open/close. area under grill had what looked like a lot of grease. table on patio was not clean. master suite bed sank on one side from lack of support. mold in master suite sky light had mold toward top. kitchen dish washer was difficult to open (stuck). Hot tub kept increasing to 107 deg. only used 1 day first day after 4 days no one used it because it was too hot. dryer was poorly vented taking hours to dry.
My only issue was with the hot tub. It wasn't operating until the day we checked out. I will say tho that Tonya moved quickly to resolve the issue. It was a bummer not to be able to use it during our stay however.
We had a wonderful stay even though we gave very short notice for our booking seeing we needed something quick due to our home being put on the market and had showings taking place. The home was very clean, the beds were very comfy and we all felt at home and relaxed. The kids enjoyed Pac-Man and it was nice we all had our own separate areas to enjoy quiet time away from each other when needed. Thank you again for accommodating us and sharing your beautiful home with us!
We loved our stay! One recommendation would be to add some dressers to the bedrooms. Had leave our clothes in the suit cases on the floor due to no dresser or shelves.
Only used hot tub once in the two days but was SO nice to have. Would definitely come back to this place to stay. Quick response every time I texted a question. Thank you for the great stay.
Lover of travel, good food and wine. My family has lived in Colorado Springs for almost twenty years. We love to travel as a family and have stayed in Airbnb's for over 15 years. We own a few homes in Colorado Springs and have furnished them and chosen them based on where we would want to stay and what we would want to see in a home. We hope you enjoy and are always open to adding new items to make your stay better.
Why they chose this property
This home is located in the middle of Colorado Springs but sits on County property. So can sleep more people and have small events which are not allowed for other vacation homes in the city limits. Plenty of parking for the whole nuclear family and easy access to all the attractions and beauty the city has to offer....oh, and there is a very large hot tub!
What makes this property unique
Large hot tub, sand stone formations, large mule deer roam the property daily. long driveway and main level living.
