Welcome to the “Chateau on the Rocks” in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks! Placed high atop the 2nd tier that provides breathtaking views of the main channel from the wrap-around deck, living room, and master bedroom. Private Dock with Boat Slips in neighborhood cove! This family-oriented lake home is comfortable and cozy with a private driveway and secluded backyard patio. Centrally located in Osage Beach on the 18.5 Mile Marker, this gem is minutes from all the lake has to offer.

About this Property:

PRIVATE DOCK WITH 2 SLIPS: Large private dock with boat slips in neighborhood cove! Drive right up and park next to the dock, No walking necessary. Dock has a large, covered swim platform and a stunning view of the main channel with sunset views EVERY NIGHT. The nearest boat launch is 10 minutes by land or water located at Public Beach #2. Guests will have the following to enjoy on the lake:

• Boat slip #1: 12ft x 28ft
• Boat slip #2: 12ft x 16ft
• Dock Box with floaties, noodles, and water saddles inside
• Lily Pad (not guaranteed to have lily pad available every time if it rips before I can replace it)
• Pedal Boat
• Adirondack Chairs
• Fishing Poles
• Vehicle parking & boat trailer parking are available right next to the dock

OUTDOORS: The backyard Beer Garden is 800 Sq Ft of outdoor patio space for playing yard games, lounging around, grilling, dining, making smores around the fire pit and so much more! Unwind after a fun day on the lake with a bonfire under the bistro lights. Large Cedar walls provide excellent privacy. Plenty of space for friends and family. Please no excessively loud noises late at night.

BEDROOMS (KING BED IN MASTER): 3 bed 2 bath fully updated lake home with MEMORY FOAM mattresses in all bedrooms! The master bedroom has a KING BED with a 55” TV and an attached bathroom with a double sink and shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a trundle bunk bed that sleeps 3. Both spare bedrooms are next to the 2nd full bathroom with jetted walk-in tub. (Make sure the tub door is locked before turning the water on.)

LIVING ROOM: Equipped with a large sectional couch. 75” Smart TV!!! And 2 separate high top dining room tables.

KITCHEN: Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? Thats why our kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, and all the appliances you’ll need to cook your family a nice dinner. We also provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc! Fire extinguisher placed under the kitchen sink.

Guests have access to the entire home, front yard, and backyard.

HOUSE RULES:
• No events, large gatherings, or bachelor parties whatsoever
We have a blink security camera and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
• Check-in is any time after 4PM till Midnight
• Check-out by 11AM.
• Please take shoes off at front door
• No Excessive guests
• No mailing packages to the home
• No smoking or vaping
• No Illegal substances
• No Illegal activities will be tolerated
• No additional guests beyond the rental group
• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Quiet Neighborhood, Respect the neighbors please
• Leave house as clean as you found it
• Garage is locked off and a few closets are locked off as well for storage/cleaning supplies
• Do not use the fireplace. It is for decoration only
• The door must be locked before turning on the single person jetted tub
• No street parking, must use private driveway
• Stay within the property lines. Do not walk into any construction sites next door
• The top bunk bed is for children not adults, weight limit of 150 lbs
• No food or drinks in bed
• If you use the grill, please utilize the grill scrapper inside grill after use
• Please do not flush anything that is not toilet paper
• Please wash your dishes & take out trash prior to departure
• All guests must inform the host if they are bringing any pets and list how many they are bringing
• All guests must list the number of people that will be accompanying them
• Prior approval must be given if any guests want to bring more than 7 people total or more than 2 pets total with them for an added fee. Host has the discretion to accept or deny these requests

Perfect stay at the lake!

My friends and I had the most amazing stay! Being right off the lake makes going to any of the hot spots in town so easy. Beautiful property with a beautiful interior. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely book again as soon we’re back in Osage Beach :)
