Experience the beauty of Moose Pond at this year-round home on a large, landscaped lot overlooking Pleasant Mountain. Wake up every morning to stunning views of the mountain from the cathedral master bedroom, with the rising sun adding to the beauty. The property features an 18'x36' in-ground pool where you can bask in the sun and take in the scenery. Enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding woods, with a well-maintained lawn around the house and a sloping grassy yard leading to the waterfront. The shoreline offers a gradual, shallow entry into Moose Pond. Spanning 1,694 acres, Moose Pond is ideal for all kinds of water sports, including motor boating. Make use of the dock that can hold up to two 22' boats, or take a paddle around the pond in the rowboat and 3 kayaks provided for your enjoyment! Please note that there may be some natural pond growth and lily pad debris that washes in from passing boats. Conveniently located just a half-hour drive from North Conway and only 15 minutes from downtown Bridgton, there are endless recreational activities to enjoy!

2026 Rates: $695/night PEAK season; $600/night LOW/OFF season

- Occupancy is 11 people all week + 4 overnight guests for 1-2 nights only.
- Owner will allow 3 night minimum in the low/off seasons for $690/night.

It was a great place to stay for two families. The upstairs room did get quite hot during our stay, and the window a/c unit wasn't cutting the mustard.
