Great short-term stay. Clean, modern, well-decorated home off the beaten path but close to the water's edge. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, towels were plentiful. Kitchen was well-stocked, tv was big & modern, we used our Netflix on it to cozy up to a show. Great game room downstairs and laundry was a plus. Love the three separate BRs, perfect for our adult group of 4. Would love to stay here again the next time we're in town.

Girls weekend

Had a short weekend stay with a group of 6. Perfect spot to be right outside of town, have a bonfire each night in a quiet setting. Open kitchen area was perfect for sitting around the table chatting and eating. Would stay again for sure!

Fantastic!

We spent 10 days here and loved every one of them. The house was in excellent shape, very clean and well appointed. It really had the feel of borrowing a friend’s house and not the stripped down and usually marginal experience of so many ‘corporate’ short term rentals these days. 5 stars to the hosts!The location between Traverse City and Suttons Bay made it easy to take advantage of everything going on and yet it was just enough off M22 to offer quiet mornings and evenings out on the deck. Communication was excellent and the process from booking to checkout was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

great location

Great location. Easy check in. There were There were many small flies in the house when we stayed which was probably out of the hosts control— probably just the time of year for them but there was nothing to mitigate that like a zapper. The bathroom was not very clean (pink mold on the shower and on the shower curtain). Plenty of kitchen supplies for what anyone needs. Easy to park. Would easily be a five star property with a bit better maintenance.
